Speaking and Training Offerings

With more than a decade of experience as a speaker and trainer, I bring both depth and practicality to professional learning, parent education, and community-based workshops. My sessions are designed to be dynamic, relatable, and grounded in both research and lived experience. Whether your goal is to strengthen your team’s understanding of child development through a trauma-responsive framework, cultivate neuro-affirming practices that foster inclusion, deepen knowledge of co-regulation and self-regulation, integrate wellness into organizational culture, or build executive function skills that translate into daily life, each training is designed to connect insight with action. I also welcome opportunities to contribute to conferences, symposia, and panel events.

Training Structures

Offerings range from single-session workshops to multi-part professional learning series and can be tailored for your group’s schedule and priorities. In addition to standalone talks, I frequently collaborate with schools, clinics, and organizations on extended professional development partnerships that may include:

  • Ongoing staff learning and skill development

  • Program consultation and design guidance

  • Team mentorship and reflective coaching

  • Parent or community education sessions

Each engagement is thoughtfully adapted to reflect your organization’s goals, population, and guiding values or frameworks.

Customized and Tailored Opportunities

No two audiences are alike. I specialize in creating personalized learning experiences that reflect the specific needs, culture, and developmental focus of your group. From concise one-hour talks to immersive full-day trainings or year-long consultative partnerships, I’ll work with you to design a format that fits your vision and context.

The woman on the right has shoulder-length red hair, and is wearing an orange jacket and black pants, also holding a microphone. There is a coffee table with bottles of water, plants, and decor in front of them. The backdrop displays large abstract shapes and shadows, with a large potted plant to the side.
